What size spaces do you have?
Offices run from around 150 sq ft — suitable for one or two people — up to 1,500 sq ft for a company of twelve or more. We also have single desks in a co-working area, light industrial units and warehouse storage. Call and tell us the headcount and we will tell you what is free.
How long do I have to commit for?
Not long. A desk needs no more than four weeks’ subscription. Space is usually six months’ rent on a licence, with an option on a further six month lease. We keep the paperwork to a minimum.
Is parking really free?
Yes, and there is no area-ratio allocation constraint — you are not rationed one space per so many square feet. It is one of the reasons companies move here from town-centre offices.
What is included?
Every tenant gets the core facilities: ample free parking, café and catering on site, overnight and weekend security, peaceful green areas, meeting and boardrooms, high speed broadband lines and CCTV coverage. Individual units vary beyond that.
